Returns

After receipt of the goods, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the article to us within 14 days. Use our sample revocation form for this purpose.

In the following we will explain you a possibility how you can send the article back to us.

  1. Please send us an e-mail to support@nordiccoast.com or click on the return sticker below and order a return receipt. Please include your contact details and customer number in the email so that we can create a personalized return label for you.
  2. You will then receive your return label and a return delivery note within 24 hours. Print out both documents.
  3. Please fill in the reason for your return on the delivery note and put it in the package.
  4. Now pack the item(s) you do not want to keep. To make sure that the item(s) arrive undamaged, please close the shipping bag or box properly with adhesive tape.
    Please cut out the printed parcel label and stick it on the parcel.
    Now you can deliver the parcel free of charge at any post office.
