The shipping costs depend on the purchase value and the articles

Germany

From an order value of 30,00 Euro the delivery is free of charge.
Below 30,00 Euro the shipping costs are 5,90 Euro
If your order fits into a shipping bag, e.g. bibs, the amount is reduced to 3,90 Euro.

Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland

If the order fits into a shipping bag, we charge 9,90 Euro
Otherwise flat rate 14,90 Euro
From an order value over 300,00 Euro the delivery is free of charge

Attention Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to value added tax
If you subsequently send us a certificate from customs (export and buyer certificate)
we can refund you the German value added tax afterwards.
Please inform yourself about the respective import regulations

Uk, Italy, Spain, Sweden

If the order fits into a shipping bag, we charge 10,90 Euro
Otherwise flat rate 16,90 Euro
From an order value over 300,00 Euro the delivery is free of charge

Shipping costs to other countries on request

The delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. Delivery and invoice address can differ. The billing address must include the customer’s home address. It is not possible to specify a packing station or P.O. box as the billing address. Packing stations and P.O. boxes can only be specified in the delivery address.

The average delivery time for a home delivery is 5-7 working days from order confirmation or receipt of payment in case of prepayment. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a message by e-mail from us or DHL directly.

We will accept returns within Germany. For returns from other European countries, the articles must be returned at your own expense.
