We pack every day so that your product gets to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the purchase value and the items
Germany
- Delivery is free for orders over 50€.
- For orders below 50€, shipping costs are 5.90€.
- If your order fits into a shipping bag (e.g. music boxes), shipping costs are reduced to 3.90€.
Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Switzerland
- Under 150€, shipping costs are 14.90€.
- Shipping is free for orders over 150€.
Attention Switzerland
- Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to the calculation of VAT.
- If you subsequently send us a customs certificate (export and buyer certificate), we can refund you the German VAT afterwards.
- Please inform yourself about the respective import regulations.
Rest of Europe
- Flat rate 14.90€
- Delivery is free for orders over 300.00 euros
Delivery time
Delivery takes place to the specified delivery address. Delivery and billing addresses may differ. The billing address must contain the customer's home address. It is not possible to specify a packing station or a post office box as a billing address. Packing stations and PO boxes can only be specified in the delivery address.
The average delivery time for home delivery is 3-5 working days within Germany and 5-7 working days within Europe from order confirmation or receipt of payment in advance. Islands are excluded. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us or DHL directly.

Frequently asked questions:
What if some products are available earlier and others later?
If individual products are available in advance, we will wait until they are all complete and only then send the goods. If you would like to have a part delivered beforehand, please contact us. Please understand that this is only possible in Germany.
Can I send a delivery somewhere else?
Naturally. The delivery address entered is the address to which the goods will be sent and may differ from the billing address.
How can I return individual or entire shipments?

We will send you a free return slip.
How long can I return the products and what do I have to consider?
If you don't like a product or it doesn't fit, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and send the goods back to us new and unused within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
I would like to complain about something. How do I proceed?
In the rare cases that a product does not meet our quality standards or is different than shown, we ask you to contact support@nordiccoast.com. We are sure we will find a solution that will make you happy again.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received the goods back and checked them, you will receive your money back within 7 days using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you pay in advance, we ask you to provide your account number.
